your digital delivery system easy to set up?
Yes, our Digital Delivery option (in the PRO pack shopping cart only) easily integrates with ANY eBook software or PDF compiler so your prospects and customers can download your info or software products quickly and easily.
Where
do I store my digital products that I am selling?
We will store your digital products for
you on our secure servers so those files do not take up any space on your web site
account.
Each digital product/file we store on our servers can not exceed 9MB per file, however
you can upload as many digital files as you'd like.
Am
I charged extra for the bandwidth required to deliver my digital products?
No. Absolutely not. Your digital products are automatically delivered to your buyers via our high bandwidth servers at no extra charge to you - ever, no matter how many downloads your account generates a month. After all, we don't want to punish you for being successful!
What
kind of digital files or products can I sell through 1AutomationWiz?
You can offer ANY type of digital eBook or
digital file type: *.ebk, *.pdf, *.doc, *.txt, *.zip, .ra, .mpg, wma, etc. If it's
digital we can deliver it for you!
How
long do my customers have to wait before they get their downloads?
The 1AutomationWiz system securely delivers your digital files to your customers instantly after their credit card is authorized and approved.
What
about the security of my digital files?
Our system only gives your customers access
to the files they paid for only from the computer they ordered from and ONLY for
a 24 hour period.
After that, the dynamic download link that we created specifically for that customer
is purged from the system.
How
are my customers notified when they can download their products?
After their credit card approval, the system
automatically generates a dynamic web page with instructions and download links to
the products that they purchased.
The system simultaneously sends an email to them with a link to the secure download
page to ensure that they receive their order.

accounts autoresponder control panel.

Can
I manually approve customer orders for product download?
Sure. The system is very flexible. It allows
for both online real-time processing or offline processing.
This gives you the opportunity to manually approve each order one-by-one if you wish,
or automatically and let the system do everything for you.
Can
I sell software too though 1AutomationWiz?
Of course. Like we said - ANY digital file. You can even have the system distributes pin numbers, passwords, activation code, registration numbers, etc. for you automatically when the customer downloads their new software.
Can
I use it to issue passwords, etc?
Yes, our digital delivery system can even distribute pin numbers/passwords etc. (Great for phone card offers!) and much, much more!!!
Is
everything really "hands-free?"
Yes. Once you set it up our digital delivery
system allows prospects and customers to download top-quality digital presentations
and products automatically... even while you sleep!
This includes MP3 fives, video, .pdf, .doc, rar, zip, .pp or ANY other digital file.
Do
I need a programmer to set this up?
NO. Most certainly not. Remember we are
a "plug and play" ecommerce solution and that goes for our digital delivery
system as well.
You simply upload your digital file to our system when setting up a new product in
your 1AutomationWiz back office control panel. You'll then add this new product to
your web site and we'll do the rest - automatically for you!
Do
my customers need a special browser or software?
No not at all. Our digital delivery system works with all browsers and OS platforms including AOL and there is no special software required by your customers.
How
are my customers instructed to download their new purchase?
Once your customer submits their order
and we receive a authorization from your payment gateway, several things happen behind
the scenes:
1) First we create a new page dynamically that contains their download link(s) and
instructions.
2) Next we automatically email them the link to this new dynamic page
3) Lastly, we send you an email (optional) to let you know you have a new sale.
Do
I need some other special software to make this work?
No you do not. Our digital delivery wizard integrates with any printed eBook software, PDF compiler or audio files so you don't have to pay an extra penny on programming!
Is
there a limit to the number of digital products I can upload?
Technically yes. You may upload 10,000
products to your shopping cart account.
However, most people selling digital products typically don't offer anywhere near
that amount and at most only offer a few hundred products at most. So this should
not limit you in any way.
Is
there a limit to the size of the digital files I upload into the system?
Yes. Each digital file should be less then
10MB's in size. However, as mentioned above, you may upload as many files as you
wish, up to 10,000.
Now some people do sell digital files that are larger then 10 MB, so what happens
then?
Well this is not a real problem at all. Simply break up your larger files into smaller
9-10 MB files before uploading them into the system. Then the customer would simply
download all the required files after they've hit the download page that we create
for them.
