How
many eBooks and digital products can I sell using the Pro package?
You can sell up to 10,000 digital and/or physical products (upgrades available) within the Pro package.
Do
I need a merchant account to use 1AutomaitonWiz.com?
No you do not. If you already process credit
cards offline, you can continue to use the payment methods you are comfortable using.
If you do not yet have your own internet
merchant account, we can help you obtain one for free.
You can also use PayPal if you have an account with them. If not you can get your
own paypal
merchant account here.
Does
1AutomaitonWiz.com host my web site and online store?
Yes, we can but it's not required.
If you are looking for a great web hosting company, simply visit our hosting partnerfor details.
HostingExchange is our Web Hosting Services Department and handles all our domain name registration,
web site hosting and other web site related services.
What
type of security does 1AutomaitonWiz provide for online transactions?
We use an advanced Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
technology to protect the security of your online order information.
When your customers place an order online and provide their credit card number, our
SSL encrypts all their personal information including their card number, name and
address before sending it to your payment gateway.
Additionally, our shopping cart system is verified secure though our Visa/Master Card
PCI testing compliance.
Do
I need to know HTML to create my store?
Not necessarily, but it might be helpful.
Unlike other shopping cart providers, we do not automatically generate product pages
for you. Instead you "plug in" your 1AW product URL's into your existing
or new web pages.
If your store has thousands and thousands of different products, then server generated
pages like you might find at some cart providers might be acceptable solution for
you but at the cost of page flexibility and search engine optimization possibilities.
How
will I be notified of any new orders that come in?
Whenever a customer buys from your web site,
the shopping cart system will automatically email them a receipt, and you a notification
of the new order.
You can log into your account at any time to view these new orders.
I
already have a merchant account. Is it possible to still use it with you?
Yes, simply review the list of merchant
account providers we support and you should be all set.
We currently support over 65+ of the major payment gateways, and add new ones all
the time. So chances are excellent that your's is already in our system.

Is
there a catch with your 30-day money back guarantee?
No, of course not! You can test-drive our
shopping cart for free for 30 days.
The only limitation in the demo is that we limit the number of clients you can have
to fifty (50) during the trial. Email broadcasts are also disabled in the demo account.
Can
I create gift certificate type promotions?
You sure can. You can make digital coupons, apply discounts to individual products or total orders all at once.
Can
I run more then one affiliate program?
You can create as many affiliate programs as you need! You can create different programs on a per web site or per product basis - you name it!

This system is very easy to use. You do
not have to know HTML or PHP or "Smarty" template languages.
Some HTML knowledge is required if you want to make any heavy modifications to the
design or layout of the check out pages. But do not worry too much, you can always
ask for help from our technical support team.
Is
it possible to change the currency/weight symbol?
Yes. You can set the currency/weight symbol to be whatever you wish.
Can
I use one account for multiple web sites?
Yes. A single 1AW account will support
multiple web sites and shopping carts and or autoresponder subscription and mailing
lists from more then one site.
The only caveat here is that all sites must share the same merchant account name
and ID.
Is
it possible to add options to my products (i.e. sizes, colors, materials, etc.)?
Sure. You can add multiple extra options
to your products inside your shopping cart.
This is all done within your 1AutomationWiz personal control panel, and it's a simple
point and click operation.
