The answers below were designed to help either give you an answer to your tech support question or to help point you in the direction you need in order to get help for issues or questions that you need.


Does 1AutomationWiz offer tech support?

Of course! We offer both standard and Ultimate Unlimited Support options. For anyone just getting started, we provide 30 days free of the Ultimate Unlimited Support plan to make sure you get all the help you need when starting your business.

And with 1AutomationWiz, customer support and resources are always readily available through Standard Support, as well as our extensive library of training videos.

Now some people are worried about having to pay for support after 30 days. Honestly, it’s a non-issue and here’s why. Our system is so easy to use and set up that for most people, all their tech support questions are answered for free with in the first 5-10 days.

99 times out of a 100 if you need support after 30 days it’s most likely to be a question like “I lost my password” or “I need to update my credit card info.”

In cases like these, you are more then welcome to call support and there is no charge even if you are well past your first 30 days in the system.

If you need support and are not a Ultimate Support customer the best way to contact us for support is through email or by submitting a “Support Ticket” from within your account.
